Large service company is looking for an expert Compensation Manager Contract to Hire. This professional will manage the company’s compensation matrix and insure they are competitive in all the markets they service.
Responsibilities:
- Build competitive compensation matrix by level based on roles and responsibilities for the markets the company serves making sure that the company is competitive at all levels throughout the origination.
- Works with senior leadership on new job opportunities to make sure the compensations structure aliens with the internal comp structure and is accurately reflexed in the HRIS systems and advertised correctly on the website and all job posting websites.
- Resolve compensation related issue, and be a key member in the company’s budget planning process that is labor focused.
- Conducts internal market studies, using a variety of sources (i.e. turnover, hiring rates, market compensation data.
- Partner with the recruiting team on compensation recommendations for offer packages and compensation tools needed to successfully recruit and retain top talent
- Work with managers on compensations review process on promotion, new job responsibilities and demotion comp structures. Align with Recruiters, Human Resources and Managers on special compensations structures
- Manage the company’s incentive plans and incentive plans governance program
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years direct experience with compensation
- Bachelor’s degree required CCP Preferred
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a commitment to accuracy
- Comfortable working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
- Strong system skills and comp modeling skills (Excel Expert)
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
