Summary
Our growing, mid-sized pharmaceutical client has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide an Operations Specialist to support the client’s internal program regarding compensation and benefits.
Description
- Provide support for the client's integration and entity program
- Be the point of contact for benefits and compensation escalations, including previous provider research and transition inquiries, compensation inquiries, etc.
- Provide administrative support for open enrollment and other benefit-related tasks
- Review and resolve benefit errors and discrepancies
- Complete compensation benchmarking for current and new positions to align with the career framework and pay structure
- Support annual rewards planning cycle, including merit, bonus, and long-term incentives
- Provide compensation recommendations for new hire offers, promotions, and job changes
- Guide recognition programs, promotion processes, tuition reimbursement, and other Total Rewards-related programs
- Ensure Total Rewards documentation is complete, organized, and aligned with the client’s policies and processes
- Provide Total Rewards support for the client to include the tasks listed above to be performed across the broader organization, as well as:
- Wellbeing project planning & execution
- Mobility & immigration support, as needed
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of compensation and benefits experience.
Term & Start
- 12-month contract, open to 12 month extension
- Onsite - 3x a week in Princeton NJ
- 2 Video Interviews - Panel - Start 2 weeks from an offer
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Benefits included (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)
- Pay- Up to 100k annually - depending on experience
