Responsibilities:Job Purpose
The Compensation & Benefits Coordinator plays a integral role in support of the benefit and compensation programs. Assisting with the development, and implementation of existing and new total rewards initiatives, policies, and procedures to drive the achievement of company goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist with general plan administration such as processing invoices, regular plan audits, ensure data is properly submitted to vendors and the HRIS system.
- Oversee the company wellness initiative. Work with team to develop a strategy and lead the implementation.
- Recommend employee communications and work with Internal Communications team to develop a strategy. Manage department content on corporate intranet. Assist the team in educating, explaining and answering employee questions regarding all total rewards programs.
- Coordinates the flow of data within department systems such as SpiraLinks, Sparrow, ADP. Conduct regular audits for accuracy.
- Assists with the annual benefits open enrollment and annual salary review and bonus administration.
- Maintains library of job leveling information for each position in the organization
- Manage Compensation and Benefits mail – both email and regular mail, responding in a timely manner and elevating to senior staff for effective handling as needed.
- Assists in gathering information and preparing annual surveys and additional ad hoc reports as needed.
Experience/Qualifications/Education Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years HR administration experience, preferable in compensation and/or benefits
- Strong technical, communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail, high level of discretion with private data
The expected starting pay range for this role is $35.00 - $47.00 USD/hour. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
