Position: Compensation Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)
Pay: $75,000 to $90,000/year (Depending on experience)
Experience: Minimum of three (3+) years of compensation experience.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- World at Work CCP/GRP or similar certification preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am to 4pm
Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Serves as the point of contact to People & Culture (P&C) partners and department leaders for compensation-related inquiries.
- Conducts job and market analyses using job questionnaires and various market data resources.
- Maintains company incentive programs.
- Administers the annual merit process together with the Director Comp & Ben.
- Works with the Director Comp & Ben and the HRIS team to update and maintain the compensation module in Workday HRIS, including job profile and pay grade data.
- Maintains and distributes pay grades and Comp Guidelines manual.
- Manages benchmarking compensation survey participation.
- Researches and guides federal/state/local regulatory compliance concerning compensation (i.e. FLSA).
- Completes ad hoc or periodic compensation projects.
- Maintains job questionnaires, job descriptions, and the job catalog.
- Occasionally required to travel to PBV facilities and/or offsite meetings.
Position Requirements:
- Experience with Workday HRIS preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel skills with proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal relationship and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee and company information in a confidential manner.
- Exceptional organization skills and must be detail-orientated.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
