Position: Compensation Analyst

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Pay: $75,000 to $90,000/year (Depending on experience)

Experience: Minimum of three (3+) years of compensation experience.

Education:

• Bachelors Degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• World at Work CCP/GRP or similar certification preferred.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am to 4pm

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Serves as the point of contact to People & Culture (P&C) partners and department leaders for compensation-related inquiries.
• Conducts job and market analyses using job questionnaires and various market data resources.
• Maintains company incentive programs.
• Administers the annual merit process together with the Director Comp & Ben.
• Works with the Director Comp & Ben and the HRIS team to update and maintain the compensation module in Workday HRIS, including job profile and pay grade data.
• Maintains and distributes pay grades and Comp Guidelines manual.
• Manages benchmarking compensation survey participation.
• Researches and guides federal/state/local regulatory compliance concerning compensation (i.e. FLSA).
• Completes ad hoc or periodic compensation projects.
• Maintains job questionnaires, job descriptions, and the job catalog.
• Occasionally required to travel to PBV facilities and/or offsite meetings.

Position Requirements:

• Experience with Workday HRIS preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills with proficiency in MS Office Applications.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal relationship and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee and company information in a confidential manner.
• Exceptional organization skills and must be detail-orientated.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
