• Perform analyses to assist Compensation Leadership with key projects
• Contribute to the research, design, and administration of compensation programs
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices by conducting research
• Collaborate with Talent and People Operations teams to optimize processes
• Develop and maintain tools to enhance efficiency of programs

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

• 2+ years experience on Compensation teams
• Experience with job analysis, benchmarking, and market pricing.
• Comfort working in a ultra fast paced environment
