- Perform analyses to assist Compensation Leadership with key projects
- Contribute to the research, design, and administration of compensation programs
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices by conducting research
- Collaborate with Talent and People Operations teams to optimize processes
- Develop and maintain tools to enhance efficiency of programs

- 2+ years experience on Compensation teams
- Experience with job analysis, benchmarking, and market pricing.
