Compensation Analyst - CloudKitchens

Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality, and convenient for everyone. We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they are entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant through your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.

What You'll Do:

As a Compensation Analyst at CloudKitchens, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing compensation programs that fuel our global growth and attract top talent. You'll have the opportunity to:

• Innovate Compensation Strategies: Craft and implement compensation programs that are competitive, fair, and aligned with our ambitious company goals.
• Drive Data-Driven Insights: Analyze compensation metrics and create insightful reports that influence salary structures, bonuses, and equity decisions across our global operations.
• Streamline Global Processes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes for annual compensation adjustments, bonus programs, and equity grants, enhancing efficiency and impact.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to address complex compensation inquiries, shaping decisions that affect our international teams.
• Develop Empowerment Tools: Create engaging training materials and resources to deepen understanding of our compensation programs and policies among stakeholders.
• Ensure Excellence in Execution: Maintain and enhance our compensation databases and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all pay-related decisions.
• Influence Leadership Decisions: Prepare and present data-driven insights to executive stakeholders, contributing to strategic discussions with your expertise in compensation analytics.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Excellence: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Expertise and Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years specializing in compensation design and analysis.
• Analytical Proficiency: Mastery of Excel and basic data analysis tools; experience with SQL, Tableau, or Python is a plus.
• Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
• Self-Motivated Leader: Ability to manage priorities effectively while working independently, demonstrating initiative and drive in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based in our Los Angeles office. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we're in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. That's why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
