Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, meals, mobility, medication reminders, light housekeeping, food preparation.
• Accompanying client on errands or medical appointments in your personal vehicle
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.
• Ensure client safety and well-being.
• Document and report any changes in client’s health status.
• Communicate with health care professionals and families regarding the client’s emotional and medical condition

 Qualifications and Skills:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
• Valid NJ driver’s license and auto insurance
• Reliable transportation 
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance 
• Willingness to learn
  
• Willing to take CHHA course and grow in your career
• Willingness to assist client with their daily needs- including personal care and transportation.

Shift Details:

All shift occur during the day 9-5PM usually shift duration is 2-6 hours long.
