Soin Medical Center
- Soin Medical Center has been serving residents of Greene, Western Clark, Eastern Montgomery, and Miami counties since 2012.
- Conveniently located off I-675 in Beavercreek.
- Provides a variety of health care services and is home to 4 accredited Centers of Excellence including hernia and robotic surgery.
- Soin is currently licensed for 125 beds which will increase after the expansion completion in the Fall of this year.

Responsibilities & Requirements
The Community Wellness Program Specialist position duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- The Program Specialist reports to the Community Outreach Manager and will assist in maintaining the wellness activities for the Community Outreach Dept.
- This position will support the Program Coordinator's in the development and implementation of wellness programs, provide education and promote the Years Ahead program to increase membership participation.
- The Program Specialist will participate in the day-to-day operations of the Call Center answering multi line phones and is responsible for processing calls including Physician Referral Service.
- Regularly communicate effectively with patients/family/significant others of varying ages and cultural backgrounds.
- Must be willing to transport work related materials, in employee's own personal vehicle, to on and offsite locations as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma required
- CPR certification.
- Experience in Health Care setting.
- Excellent organization, presentation and communications skills required.
- Ability to work varied hours with some evenings and weekends. Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite.
- Requires the ability to lift 30-50 pounds as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health care, geriatrics, marketing or related field preferred.
- Experience in planning health promotion programs preferred.
