Location: Southeastern Wisconsin (50% remote, 50% travel through the region)
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

In this pivotal role, you'll lead our Community Support Services team, ensuring exceptional care and compassion for our participants. As the Community Support Services Manager, you'll oversee the onboarding, training, management, and professional development of our dedicated support staff and case coordinators.
Through your servant leadership, you'll foster an environment where our team can thrive, empowering individuals with diverse abilities to live independent and fulfilling lives. You'll work closely with case coordinators, employment services, and cross-functional teams to maintain the highest quality standards and fidelity of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and uphold best practices, standard operating procedures, and consistent quality services for the support services team.
- Collaborate with coordinators and employment services to fulfill support requests, manage changes, and oversee participant waitlists.
- Manage master schedules, billing codes, and compile monthly reports.
- Spearhead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for support services staff.
- Provide direct supervision, feedback, and annual performance reviews for the support services team.
- Conduct educational training sessions and monthly department meetings.
- Step in to provide community-based support services when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but relevant experience is equally valued.
- Minimum of 4 years working with families and clients with diverse abilities.
- Experience with DVR, IRIS, Family Care, and Children's Long-Term Support programs is a plus.
- Proven supervisory experience and expertise in modifying tasks for individuals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, warmth, and respect for individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and handle emergency situations calmly.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle (background check required).
