Community (Supervisory Visit) Registered Nurse - Job Description (Part Time)

As a Community (Supervisory Visit) RN, you will be responsible for Clinical, and Client Support. You will be part of the Agency Management Team responsible for managing operations of the Agency and Branches within your reporting territory.

Skills Required:

Knowledge and Experience: General Math, Data Entry, Administrative Writing, Research and Reporting, Organizational and Process Design, and Clinical Compliance. 

Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, email, web-based client software, Mac OS X.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain clinical compliance strategies;
• Create, and audit client admissions documentation;
• Conduct or supervise client initial assessments, and supervisory visits;
• Maintain a satisfied patient base.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors Degree or High School Diploma

Licensing: Active RN License 

Work History: We're open to a variety of experience levels. Home health or Health care experience preferred.
