At Norway Hill Home Inspections, we care deeply about our relationship with the community, both internal and external. We’re seeking a Community Relations Specialist to help us maintain and nurture these relationships in our company and beyond.
Our ideal team member will have excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills, but also the ability to foster positive relationships with both individuals and organizations.
You’ll be the principal ambassador for the organization, often speaking internally and publicly – delivering the company’s vision within the local community.
Compensation:$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:- Expand brand recognition and the sphere of influence of Norway Hill Home Inspections. Generate new business and new leads with relationship marketing. Develop and implement marketing strategies with the intent of gaining new business
- Attend social events and awards banquets to represent the Norway Hill Brand
- Seek out sponsorship and networking opportunities and attend marketing events and sponsorships as requested
- Assist in giving Presentations (goal is to give a minimum of 2/month)
- Conduct a minimum of 4 one on one meetings with stakeholders per week
- Visit and deliver marketing material to real estate/mortgage offices every week, as assigned
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to conduct oneself with professionalism and diplomacy at all times; the ability to self-start and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working on a PC laptop as well as an I-pad
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record for commercial policy insurance
- Some travel out of state may be required. Offices located in NH and Vermont
