Position Overview:
As our Community Outreach Coordinator, you will play a key role in expanding our network and connecting with referral partners, ensuring access to essential mental health and addiction treatment services. This role requires a dedicated individual who:
- Has a deep understanding of the mental health and addiction treatment landscape, including knowledge of all major insurance payors and reimbursement processes.
- Is skilled in building and nurturing meaningful partnerships across agencies, hospitals, schools, and community groups.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment, adeptly managing multiple projects while problem-solving with creativity and empathy.
- Engages confidently with professionals at all levels, from executive leadership to healthcare providers and patients.
