Complete Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Marketing Liaison to enhance our brand presence and forge valuable partnerships within the community. As a key representative of Complete Care, they will drive awareness and positive perception of our facilities while cultivating relationships with community-based organizations to support census growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement: Develop and sustain relationships with community organizations, attending networking events, and representing Complete Care professionally.
Referral Management: Respond to community referrals and coordinate with the admissions department to facilitate timely follow-ups.
Reporting & Analysis: Create weekly reports on marketing activities, track relationship development, and analyze ROI.
Event Hosting: Organize and host community and referral source events to promote Complete Care facilities.
Marketing Materials: Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to produce community-focused marketing materials and mailers.
Public Speaking: Schedule and deliver presentations at community and professional events to market our facilities.
Strategic Planning: Work with the Regional Director of Marketing and Business Development to identify and focus on community marketing opportunities.
Social Media Collaboration: Partner with the Social Media Manager to enhance brand visibility through social media initiatives.
Professional Conduct: Exhibit positive, professional behavior as a Complete Care representative and adhere to marketing policies and procedures.
Working Conditions:
- Travel to assigned hospitals, community locations, and facilities as needed.
- Interaction with residents, personnel, and visitors under various conditions.
- Flexibility to work beyond normal hours and in emergency situations.
- Exposure to potential health hazards, including infectious waste and airborne contaminants.
Education & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; BS degree in marketing, social work, or human sciences preferred.
- Computer literacy and effective communication skills.
- Physical examination and health clearance required upon employment.
Experience:
- Prior experience in admissions or marketing in a long-term care setting preferred.
- Familiarity with the elderly population and life stage changes is advantageous.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and plans is desirable.
Specific Requirements:
- Strong independent decision-making skills and effective time management.
- Ability to tactfully interact with diverse groups, including residents, families, and government agencies.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a cheerful disposition are essential.
- Understanding of procedures and ability to follow directions.
