Planet Interactive is looking for a Community Manager for one of our technology clients. This is a remote, 2-year contract role. Ideal candidate has community management and online moderation experience at a technology company.
Community Manager Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management and monitoring of companys online communities and forum
- Reply to customers to assist with their support and escalate issues as necessary.
- Share feedback and insights with team stakeholders
- Monitor community responses for quality assurance
- Escalate and bring customers feedback and needs to product owners
Community Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years community management and customer experience working with online communities and forums ideally at a technology company
- Passionate about customer experience and finding ways to solve customer issues and needs
- Creative thinker with the ability to take insights from customers and create new strategies and concepts to meet the needs of the community
