Position Title: Community Support Specialist
Location: UK (Fully Remote)
Compensation: Hourly Rate

Responsibilities:
- Engage with our global community, offering timely and outstanding support across various communication channels, predominantly emails and in-app messages.
- Uphold our behavior guidelines through vigilant moderation of member-to-member reports, ensuring our platform remains a safe space for all users.
- Effectively triage, investigate, and escalate reported software issues, contributing to the enhancement of our systems and services.
- Provide valuable insights to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Prioritize tasks and meet performance targets consistently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and efficient team player.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Positive and attentive approach to addressing member inquiries.
- Strong comprehension skills with the ability to understand and meet customer needs effectively.
- Capacity to absorb and retain a broad range of information.
- Comfortable thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work most days within a 9 am to 5 pm timeframe with adaptable breaks.
- Preferably, previous experience in customer service.
- Familiarity with the product is advantageous but not mandatory.
