Community Manager / Property Manager - Lifetime HOA Management

Job Description

The Community Manager position entails overseeing Homeowner's Associations, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to policies and procedures. While direct experience is preferred, it's not mandatory. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role involves interacting with internal and external clients including homeowners, vendors, and committee members.

Duties & Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday- Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
• On-call for Saturday- Sunday

Required Qualifications:

• Developer-Focused (At least 3 years of experience)
• High school or equivalent
• 1 year of property management experience
• Driver's License

Supervise the operation and administration of the Association in accordance with the management agreement and the Association's policies and procedures.

• Serve as the primary liaison with the Association's Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Perform/Direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors and in accordance with the management agreement.
• Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the Association's Board of Directors.
• Provide and/or oversee recommendations to the Association's Board of Directors and Committees regarding major capital expenditures as required to maintain the desired community appearance and operation.
• Monitor corporate and client delinquency rates and collections process for account portfolio.
• Attend Board Meetings per the management agreement and community events as needed.
• Prepare Board Packages according to established time frames.
• Ensure the Board of Directors is aware of legal actions involving the Association.
• Responsible for routine and special project vendor management including procurement as well as performance evaluations as contracted.
• Oversee the AP process.
• Other duties as assigned.
