CVG Properties is currently searching for an experienced multifamily property manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of Gentry's Walk Apartments, a beautiful 176-unit apartment community located in Mesa (https://www.thegentryswalkapartments.com)

As a CVG community manager and the CEO of your own multi-million-dollar multifamily community you will be tasked with overseeing and optimizing all the property operations, general administration, and maintenance of the property. Starting with a focus on providing best-in-class customer service to our residents and to all potential residents, the property manager will ensure efficient operations through proper revenue and expense control, vendor relations, maintenance, lease administration, team building and monthly reporting

What You Bring:

• High school graduate or GED. Associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Accredited Resident Manager (ARM), Certified Property Manager (CPM) preferred.
• 1 or more years as a Community Manager, 2 or more years on-site as a Business Manager; will consider 3 years supervisory experience in a customer service-related business with appropriate certification(s).
• Demonstrate ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and initiate appropriate course of action.
• Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.
• Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, including Yardi, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using Yardi or other property management software is beneficial
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
• Participate in training to comply with new or existing laws.
• Be able to work evenings and weekends If necessary
