SYNERGY HomeCare of Cary is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for a dual role as Community Liaison & Sales Consultant. This role is key in building and nurturing relationships within the community, promoting SYNERGY HomeCare’s services, and securing new client opportunities. The ideal candidate has a background in in-home care, healthcare, or medical sales and is comfortable both networking with community partners and directly engaging with potential clients to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Community Engagement:
• Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources to create a consistent flow of client opportunities.
• Represent SYNERGY HomeCare at community events, health fairs, and other relevant gatherings to increase visibility and educate the public about our services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for community partners, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and fostering a positive brand image.
• Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate referral sources and the community on SYNERGY’s services and offerings.
• Sales and Client Acquisition:
• Identify and connect with potential clients and their families, providing guidance on how SYNERGY HomeCare’s services can meet their needs.
• Convert leads from community outreach and referrals into active clients, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Work with the sales team to execute strategic outreach initiatives and follow up on leads.
• Track and report on outreach and sales activities, providing insights to improve client acquisition efforts.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a sales, community relations, or marketing role, preferably within home care, healthcare, or medical sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with community members and potential clients.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to balance community engagement with direct sales responsibilities.
• Knowledge of the Cary area and local healthcare network is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community visits and client meetings.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Base Salary: Competitive, $45,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience.
• Incentive Pay: Opportunity for performance-based bonuses and commissions on successful client sign-ups and new partnerships.
