Community Consultant
SUMMARY:
Join our vibrant team at a beautiful, new, master-planned community as a Community Consultant. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and informative experience for potential homebuyers. You will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors, educating them about our community lifestyle, and guiding them to the appropriate builder models. Additionally, you will manage our social media presence, crafting engaging content that showcases the unique lifestyle at Serenity.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and engage potential homebuyers, providing them with information about the community and its lifestyle.
- Assist visitors in navigating builder models, presenting all options.
- Support the Welcome Center Manager in daily operations.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram), creating posts with photos and videos that highlight community events and lifestyle.
- Develop engaging and interesting posts to increase follower engagement and boost posts to expand reach.
- Assist homeowners with questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in community events and Realtor relations programs.
- Maintain and update prospects in Mailchimp, including following up on leads from various sources.
- Ensure the community is well-presented, reporting on cleanliness, signage, landscaping, and
maintenance.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and posting.
- Basic knowledge of software applications, including Word, Excel, and Dropbox.
- Knowledge of Mailchimp for sending e-blasts and generating reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment.
- Flexibility in scheduling, with availability for a minimum of 2 days per week, including 1-2 weekends per
month.
OUTLINE OF SCHEDULE:
- Minimum of 2 days per week, including 1-2 weekends per month (approximately 8-10 days per month).
- If scheduled for a weekend, you will not be required to work the 2 weekdays prior to the weekend.
COMPENSATION:
- $21 per hour. Paid holiday if your day to work falls on a holiday.
