Job Title: Community Benefits Manager

Schedule: Central Time; preferred core hours 9 AM - 3 PM (flexible)

Location: Onsite strongly preferred (hybrid possible)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement community benefit programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess community needs.
• Monitor and report on program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in community engagement.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
