Hybrid 3 days a week, Tuesday- Thursday as a Communities Marketing Manager!
Your Mission: The Communities Marketing Manager will manage the day-to-day marketing needs of Sun Health Communities, including Grandview Terrace, La Loma Village, Sun Health At Home, and The Colonnade. Working under the leadership of the Director of Marketing and Communications, and alongside the community sales teams and corporate marketing department managers, the Communities Marketing Manager will ensure that all marketing initiatives are progressing, being evaluated, reported, and adjusted as needed to meet community sales goals. The Communities Marketing Manager acts as an account manager to ensure that all of the marketing needs of Sun Health Communities are met. The Communities Marketing Manager will join the corporate marketing team currently consisting of several professionals in brand and creative services, digital marketing, and events management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Executes and manages marketing, advertising and communications initiatives to drive campaigns and advance the sales goals of Sun Health Communities: Grandview Terrace, La Loma Village, Sun Health At Home, The Colonnade.
- Works with community sales teams to plan and project manage sales events, including identification of audience and invitation lists and digital advertising activities to drive attendance.
- Monitors and updates data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and makes adjustments as needed.
- Conducts market research to identify needs of the target audience, and tailor marketing strategies for different customer segments.
- Identifies meaningful metrics to report success of various campaigns.
- Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers/audiences of Sun Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating Sun Health behaviors (The 6Cs) each and every day.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in marketing, communications public relations, or similar field preferred; commensurate experience will be considered.
- 2 years of experience with multimedia marketing and advertising campaign management required.
- Understanding of the use of advertising, public relations, and earned media required.
- Experience driving leads for high end sales and/or senior living preferred.
- Knowledge of major trends in health care, senior living, health and wellness, and mass communication preferred.
- Possess current or ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
- Requires reliable transportation in employee provided vehicle, current Driver's license and auto insurance.
