Communications Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a communications specialist with 3 or more years of experience for a contract to hire role for our non profit client. This is hybrid in Brooklyn, NY 4 days onsite 1 day work from home. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with staff and scholars to generate compelling and timely content for and manage company's social media outreach including social media channels, website, blog, and e-blast.
- Produce an integrated marketing plan to include all mail, email, and social media campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key local media outlets.
- Create and manage social ad campaigns and other promotions; track and share results for continuous improvement to targeting and segments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Salesforce knowledge.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with individuals across all organizational levels.
Employment Type: Contract To Hire
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
