Title: Email & Mobile Marketing Specialist
Location: Cincinnati or Portland (Remote to start, then hybrid)
6 month contract-to-hire
Rate: 25-30/hr W2

Job Description
Responsible for performing all activities associated with the project management and execution of email and mobile messaging. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Campaign Management, the Digital Communications planning team, and the Digital Communications technical team to activate digital communications with a heavy emphasis on personalized and dynamic content and refined customer segments.
Project person will be supporting – Digital Communications – Email and Push channels
Minimum Position Qualifications:
• 3+ years' hands-on experience in outbound e-mail marketing
• Thorough knowledge of email, push notifications and SMS/MMS including channel regulations; thorough knowledge of CAN SPAM Act required
• Must have strong project management experience and ability to balance multiple projects with tight timelines
• Experience using Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau
• Exceptional communication and project management skills
• Must be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities –
• Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including but not limited to, tracking project statuses, conducting testing, QA, and measuring campaign performance
• Work with Digital Communications Manager (Planning and Execution) to schedule all email and mobile messaging
• Develop mobile messaging marketing activities
• Utilize various workflow management systems to approve and deliver all necessary assets to Digital Communications Developers for coding
• Interface with targeting teams to ensure proper lists and validate audience size
• Serve as ongoing resource for *** and **Campaign Managers and Creative Services to ensure optimal output and efficient processes
• Use data and insights to evaluate effectiveness of digital communications
• Champion new ideas to help keep pace with rapidly changing digital communications and ecommerce space; educate stakeholders on digital communications best practices and processes
