Program Manager for global computer software company in Redmond, WA.
This team is seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all communications and business rhythms for internal skilling teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective and efficient communication within the skilling teams, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Sending newsletters, managing town halls, conducting business reviews, facilitating business communications, and organizing partner meetings.
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals.
- Execute defined communication and business rhythms such as newsletters, town halls, business revies, etc.
- Support internal events such as summits and leadership meetings.
- Confer with management, partners, and internal stakeholders to define project specifications and procedures.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
Required Skillsets:
- 5-7 years’ experience in the field
- Minimum 5 years' experience business acumen skills,
- Minimum 5 years' experience with internal communication software
- Minimum 5 years' experience with Powerpoint and other general software and programs
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Knowledge of project management principles, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing business outcomes.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
- Knowledge of internal communication platforms.
Type: Contract
Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Location: Remote (Candidates in PST and CST preferred)
Hourly Rate Range: $57-72/hr (DOE)
Salary
57 - 72 /year
