Communications Network Engineer - Mid at TEKsystems

TEKsystems is seeking a Network Engineer in support of a DoD enterprise program. This position will be 100% onsite in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. Below are the following skills/experience/certifications needed for the role:

• Must have Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
• Certifications: Security+ (or IAT level 2) certified and ability to obtain CCNA within 6 months of hire (TEKsystems will reimburse upon passing)
• Experience must include operational support, and configuration of network devices such as servers, routers, switches, associated software tools, and cabling in a large LAN/MAN/BAN/WAN environment.
• Knowledge of network protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP is a plus
• Running ACAS scans and uploading results to VRAM
• Command line experience (90% of the work is conducted via CLI)
• 4+ years of overall networking experience (network configurations/refreshing on Cisco, Aruba and Brocade R&S)
