This role will support strategic goals and priorities and will proactively partner with cross-functional teams to plan and create audience-facing content at vertical and campaign levels from traditional to digital deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and brings to life ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Assists in marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, e.g., content development and optimization, advertising, and event planning.
- Collaborates with marketing and other Marketing and Communications team members to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
- Plans and executes initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.
- Assists in analyzing marketing data – e.g., campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic – to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Responsible for execution of tactics within marketing plans as assigned.
- Manages marketing campaigns from concept through completion, including measuring and reporting results.
- Assists in researching market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform growth opportunities for new or current product or service offerings.

- Content Creation - The process of generating topic ideas that appeal to your buyer persona and creating written or visual content around those.
- Customer Experience Management - The practice of designing and reacting to customer interactions to meet or exceed customer expectations, thereby increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy.
- Data Analysis - The process of measuring and managing organizational data, identifying methodological best practices and conducting statistical analyses.
- Digital Marketing - The process of marketing to consumers through any number of digital channels, including websites, mobile devices, and social media platforms.
- Market Messaging - The development of a plan on how to attract target markets to a brand, its services, and products and equity through creative and persuasive marketing messages.
- Marketing Automation - The process of using software platforms and technologies designed for marketing departments and organizations to more effectively market on multiple channels online and automate repetitive tasks.
- Marketing Campaigns - The process of creating and managing overall strategy for integrated marketing campaigns that help support business goals and objectives.
- Product Marketing - The process of bringing a product to market, including deciding the product's positioning and messaging, launching the product, and ensuring salespeople and customers understand it.
Skills:
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use computer software programs (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheet and project management (Adobe Workfront).
- Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, cross functional team capacity to bring marketing ideas from concept to execution.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Thorough understanding of marketing concepts, principles and tactics (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.)
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Self-starter who is able and willing to accept responsibility and perform with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a diverse work environment
