Shift hours : Monday - Friday, 8 AM- 5PM
Payrate: $25/hr.
Job Description: As part of Global Insights team, the Consumer Experience function is focused on transforming how we engage with and learn from our consumers. The Consumer Experience Representative plays a critical role in connecting with consumers, addressing their needs, and providing valuable insights to help shape key business decisions. This role blends digital technology with empathetic human interaction to drive deeper consumer engagement and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with consumers through digital channels, addressing questions and concerns related to *** s products, marketing initiatives, and manufacturing processes.
- Protect and enhance the reputation of the company and its brands by fostering positive consumer interactions.
- Draft and publish content or posts to respond to consumer inquiries.
- Act as a subject matter expert within the communications center, supporting key processes (e.g., marketing strategies and messaging).
- Serve as a trusted advisor to teams across *** while providing support for consumer-related issues.
- Offer periodic weekend support when needed.
- Monitor and respond to trending topics in sensitive media situations on a 24/7 basis.
- Escalate high-risk or influencer posts to communications and legal teams for approved responses.
- Maintain an up-to-date matrix of approved responses for each brand.
- Handle specific quality escalations within the social media channels.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Work Experience:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Communications or Consumer-focused role.
Skills and Capabilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media platforms with a keen interest in emerging digital trends.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively based on volume.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Creative thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.
