This is a remote/virtual position.
The Communications Analyst is a highly skilled, creative, and driven communications consultant and strategist with exceptional skills in translating business objectives into strategic communications for member-owner communication efforts through a variety of channels and audiences.
This role works in partnership across the full Member Relations and Government Relations organization (Member Relations - Ag, Member Relations - Dairy, Government Relations, Member Governance & Shared Services Team) along with Corporate Communications Team in support of the Land O'Lakes, Inc. member-owners.
The ideal candidate for this role has proven, exceptional writing and communication experience, with a proven track record in internal and external communications.
More specifically, this role has the following accountabilities:
- Draft and prepare materials that align with business objectives and performance.
- Develop and execute communication plans that support business strategies.
- Develop internal and external relationships to support and enhance communication goals.
- Lead strategy for member-owner portal tool.
- Measure content effectiveness and continually refine creative approaches to drive results.
Experience/Education
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Requires minimum 3 years' experience in communications, writing or highly related work.
- Experience with modern digital marketing and publishing tools (e.g. Marketing Cloud, Kentico)
- Experience with utilizing Zoom Webinar functionality.
- Proficient in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Salary is negotiable based on experience: $67,360 to $101,040
