Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support through system analysis and consulting with end users on requests
- Field incoming help requests from end users via telephone and work orders in a courteous manner
- Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization
- Develop help sheets and knowledge-based articles for end users
- Execute changes (moves, adds, changes and deletes)
- Track inventory of telephony equipment
Skills and Experience Required:
Required:
- 1 year of experience with desktop operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS
- 1 year of application support experience
- 1 year of direct customer service experience
- 1 year of experience with telephony systems
- 1 year of telecom hardware support experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware
