Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Commodity Sales & Promotions Analyst based at our Greenville, NC location.

What you will do:

• Manage sales and marketing of assigned parts and accessory programs.
• Support and manage supplier relationships.
• Develop and maintain marketing content for North American (NAM) and Latin America (LAM).
• Support Aftersales Commercial Support Managers, Product Managers and Commodity Sales and Promotion Manager.
• Provide actionable intelligence that can be used for strategy development and decision-making.
• Act as a first responder for Customer (both internal and external) and Dealer requests.
• Help ensure suppliers are meeting the expectations of our internal stakeholders, dealer network and end users.
• Meet sales objectives to grow parts and accessories sales levels.
• Develop and implement strategies and tactics to expand wholesale and retail market share through defined sales analysis, identified opportunities and marketing.
• Interact with dealers and suppliers for conversion or retention of business through assigned products.
• Design sales performance strategies for assigned parts and accessory categories through Aftermarket and Product Support channels, including Dealer, Major Accounts, and online sales.

What you will need:

• B.S. degree, Marketing or related field is preferred.
• MBA preferred.
• Marketing, Product Management, Aftermarket, Parts Sales or related experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bi-lingual is plus but not necessary.

Skills, Experience & Abilities      

• Excellent analytical skills, business acumen and product marketing skills.
• Experience designing marketing and promotion strategies.
• Experience in marketing or related fields, sales support experience with HYG preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Expert in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish is a plus
