About the Job
Oren’s Hummus is a strong and healthy Bay Area favorite serving a full menu of traditional Middle Eastern Cuisine. We are currently seeking an experienced Commissary Kitchen (Food Production) Manager to join our Team to help us grow in 2025.
This is a salaried position with a 45-50 hour work week, 5 days per week. Compensation starts at $75,000/year and is negotiable based on prior experience.
The ideal candidate will have/need:
- 5+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or equivalent in a high-volume production environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP Principles and Food Safety Manager Certified.
- Broad knowledge of Human Resources and California Labor Laws.
- Ability to read, understand, analyze, and act on financial results.
- Tech skills including use of Google Suite and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Downtown San Jose area within a 30m-45m.
- The ability to begin working within 30-days of hire.
