Commercial Wholesale Insurance Account Executive: Healthcare Coverage: Remote for AZ State Residents - Insurance Resourcing LLC

If you have insurance brokerage Account Executive or Senior Account Manager experience with Healthcare Professional Liability coverages, and you live in Arizona State, this new work from home role is for you.

My client is a growing healthcare professional liability wholesaler. They pride themselves on being subject matter experts for their agency clients and they specialize in placing unique or difficult to place risks.

This is a salaried P & C Licensed Client Executive role with quarterly commission based on book growth. You will be in a client facing role both on the phone, video, and over email. The company provides a supportive team culture with emphasis on work/life balance. Expect to travel 5 times/year, lasting 2 to 3 days, for company conventions and events. All travel costs are covered. You will support one producer who resides in AZ. There is a significant quarterly commission available in addition to your base salary.

This is a work from home role however, you must reside in Arizona. All IT will be provided.

Key job responsibilities:

• Collaborate with VP of Business Development (VPBD) to develop and maintain assigned retail client relationships.
• Engage in regular interaction with assigned retail customers to ensure satisfaction with service, while identifying ways to add more value to customer relationships.
• Utilize existing marketing materials to educate retail clients on firm's capabilities.
• Identify and seek out additional leads within existing retail customer agencies.
• Collaborate with VPBD to create strategic plans for individual retail producers and agency production plans.
• Regular phone, video or in-person conferences with retail customers
• Managing and resolving problems and inquiries at all levels of service for assigned retail clients and their support staff.
• Collaborate with carrier partners and team members to resolve coverage issues for specific accounts.
• Work on, manage and/or oversee outcomes for all submissions/opportunities for assigned retail clients.
• Assist with developing and maintaining carrier relationships.

Candidates need to have previous retail or E & S or MGA experience as an inside broker or commercial lines account manager and have a good understanding of healthcare professional liability and claims made coverage. P & C license is required.
