Salary Range: $65000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Actively engage with clients, providing personalized insurance solutions tailored to their commercial and trucking needs.
Sales Development: Drive new business by effectively presenting and selling insurance packages.
Portfolio Management: Maintain and nurture existing relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are consistently met.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitive products to provide the best advice to clients.
Claims Support: Assist clients with claims processing, ensuring smooth and swift resolution.
Collaboration: Work closely with the underwriting team to design packages that are both competitive and comprehensive.
Requirements
Licensing: Active California Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in commercial insurance sales is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed client expectations.
Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating insurance terms and conditions.
