We are currently looking for a Commercial Swimming Pool Foreman to work with our talented project manager, senior client advisor, and operations manager to build commercial swimming pools. Our staff is an energetic group and we are looking for a team member to join in helping this company expand and grow.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in swimming pool construction & plumbing
• Organized
• Leadership Skills
• Detailed
• Construction background
• Orientation toward teamwork and collaboration.
• Time management and personal accountability.
• Pride in quality of work.
• Physical Requirements: The ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds, the ability to stoop, crawl, kneel, bend at the neck and waist, twist at the neck and waist, grasp, use fine manipulation, reach above shoulder height, lift and stand for long periods of time, (up to 10 hours per day), the ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and cold, walk on uneven ground, in dusty and dirty conditions.

Compensation:

• $30-$40 an hour depending on experience.
• 401k and Health Benefits
• 1 week of paid vacation
