We are looking to hire a K-12 Superintendent with experience building schools and successfully working w/ various school districts in DFW.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in K-12, Higher Ed, or Municipal construction
• Managed crews of ten (10) or more tradesmen
• Managed all subcontractors on a single project.
• Organize site project progress meetings, compile meeting minutes and perform preconstruction meetings.
• OSHA 30 hour, First Aid/CPR
• Ability to perform layout with use of construction survey equipment is a plus.
• Understanding of plans, specifications and construction documents
• Strong work ethic, decisive, ambitious, with an unwavering commitment to quality
• High level of motivation, integrity, and commitment to team and customer
• Results-orientated with proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Ability to provide leadership field personal and subcontractors
• Ability to manage owner expectations
