Who we are:

Masterfoam Spray Applied Technologies LLC, established in 1997 and based in Southeast Wisconsin, specializes in providing high-quality spray foam insulation and a range of fluid-applied technologies to the commercial and industrial construction markets. Their expertise includes applications such as fluid-applied air and vapor barriers, polyurethane coatings, waterproofing, caulking, and fire-resistive joint systems. Servicing Wisconsin and the upper Midwest, Masterfoam works with a variety of LEED-certified and high-performance products, and is a certified contractor for major industry brands. Accredited by the Air Barrier Association of America's Quality Assurance Program, they are known for innovation, craftsmanship, and their proprietary Caviseal® foamed-in-place continuous insulating air barrier systems.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Spray Foam Installation: Apply closed and open cell polyurethane spray foam, air barriers, and insulation systems on commercial projects, ensuring quality and precision.
Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain Graco or Gusmer spray foam equipment, including spray gun rebuilding and basic troubleshooting.
Masonry & Waterproofing: Install flashing systems, transition membranes, and perform waterproofing tasks (experience in these areas is preferred but not required).
Safety Compliance: Work safely in aerial lifts, on scaffolding systems, and ladders while adhering to OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
Project Collaboration: Work independently or as part of a small team to complete projects on time and to company standards.
Travel: Local work is the majority, with some light travel. Hotel accommodations, Per-diem meal allowances, and company vehicles are provided for out-of-town jobs.

The ideal candidate should possess:

2+ years experience spraying/installing closed and open cell polyurethane spray foam or fluid applied air barrier systems (commercial experience preferred).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check.
Familiarity with Graco or Gusmer spray foam equipment and ability to rebuild spray guns.
Physically able to lift 50 lbs+ and work in elevated settings (aerial lifts, ladders, scaffolding).
Experience with masonry, slab edge fireproofing, or waterproofing (a plus but not required).
Certifications: ABAA (Air Barrier Association) or SPFA (Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance) certifications preferred but not required-certification assistance available.
OSHA 10 or better is required prior to hire.
