Basic Job Functions:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Engineer and Business Development Team..
- Build strong relationships with architects, engineers, and other potential partners.
- Help drive VVG business development initiatives – i.e. sustainability, new products, regional accounts, etc.
- Proactively identify and drive opportunities for Vulcraft and Nucor to provide market-based solutions.
- Collaborate with DSMs to help lead large project planning, strategy, and execution from proposal through award.
- Assist Sales manager in leading all commercial aspect of the business and back up as needed.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Requirements:- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering & Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
- Written recommendation from Supervisor/Manager.
- Willing and able to travel regularly.
