Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Solar Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing all aspects of large-scale commercial solar projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
2. Coordinating and communicating with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory authorities.
3. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
4. Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
5. Preparing and presenting detailed project reports and updates to senior management and clients.
6. Ensuring all project activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
7. Nurturing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and to foster future business opportunities.
8. Keeping abreast of advancements in the solar industry and incorporating best practices into project management processes.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Commercial Solar Project Manager role should possess the following:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale commercial projects.
3. Strong knowledge of solar systems, construction methods, and industry regulations.
4. Exceptional project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve project issues effectively and efficiently.
7. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
8. A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
9. Professional certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
