We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Sales executive. This exciting role is integral to our business, contributing to the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic sales plans, fostering relationships with key clients, and overseeing restoration and reconstruction projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in restoration, damage control, reconstruction, sales, estimating, and insurance in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including property managers, insurance agents, and adjusters.
3. Oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
4. Provide accurate and detailed estimates for restoration and reconstruction projects.
5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
8. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
9. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess damage and determine the scope of work.
10. Promote the company's services through presentations, trade shows, and networking events.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in the restoration/reconstruction industry.
2. Extensive knowledge of restoration processes, including water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and storm damage.
3. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Proficient in estimating project costs and negotiating contracts.
5. Familiarity with insurance claims process and regulations.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
7. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Proficient in using computer software and applications, including MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
9. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
11. Certifications in restoration or construction management would be an added advantage.
