Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent - Paramark Corp.

Our talented and experienced brokerage team provides a wide range of services, from commercial leasing to investment acquisitions to asset marketing and sales. To further grow our market, the company is seeking high energy, entrepreneurial, hard-working individuals that would like a career as Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing Agents. This is an independent contracting position and compensation is commission based. Paramark provides office space, marketing signage and access to online advertising portals.

Responsibilities:

• Business development, building and managing strong relationships in the industry
• Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources
• Attending networking and industry events
• Presenting marketing proposals to clients
• Negotiating exclusive listing agreements
• Marketing exclusive listings to qualified buyers and tenants and negotiating offers
• Advising clients on their individualized real estate investment strategies
• Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP) and review RFP responses
• Analyze data & prepare reports: average rent, tenants in market, historical data & market comparisons
• Gather necessary materials: listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, & sales agreements
• Prepare letters of intent, purchase agreements, offers, and term sheets
• Participates in contract negotiations and due diligence
• Maintains current knowledge of market conditions, property values & legislation
