Sales Agent / Broker - Commercial Real Estate
Tryko Partners, LLC is a Central NJ private equity real estate investment group that specializes in the acquisition of multifamily housing and healthcare properties. We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Sales Agent / Broker to support the Acquisitions team by prospecting potential acquisitions. This individual will be an integral part of the Acquisitions team, and ideal for someone who wishes to expand their career in commercial real estate and close deals, while working in a professional atmosphere.
This is an exceptional growth opportunity for a motivated, self-disciplined, high-energy individual with a bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop and leverage relationships with third-party commercial real estate owners and agents.
• Work with Area Sales and District teams to initiate a new site acquisition business
• Build and maintain relationships.
• Prepare organized meeting reports and follow-up plans.
• Some travel
Requirements:
• real estate sales agent /brokerage experience helpful
• High volume outbound telephone business development experience.
• Articulate verbal communication skills with an enthusiastic, clear, or compelling speaking voice.
• A self-starter with record of sales success, with the ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent Microsoft Office and internet skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Location: Brick, NJ. Must be commutable
Compensation: Base and Incentive, commensurate with experience
