Commercial Roofing Project Manager - North American Roofing

North American Roofing is a commercial roofing contractor in the United States. We are searching for a Commercial Roofing Project Manager. We operate in 9 major markets in the Southeast but always interested in connecting with top talent located near any major airport due to the nature of the business. Our major markets are Atlanta, Miami, Nashville, Memphis, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Birmingham, and Charlotte. Applications are accepted for any of our major markets. Purpose of the job:

The Project Manager is the primary company representative responsible for the overall final design, implementation, direction, completion, and financial outcome of major building envelope related projects (specifically within commercial roofing).

Job Duties:

As the primary company representative for major building projects, the Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring successful project outcomes. From design to completion, the Project Manager proactively directs and supervises all activities to ensure projects are completed in a quality, profitable, and safe manner.

But the job doesn't end there. Upon project hand off, the Project Manager becomes the principal customer service representative and industry professional to a wide range of stakeholders, tirelessly meeting and exceeding contract commitments, project challenges, customer needs, and expectations.

Working closely with project administrators, CAD administrators, estimators, business development, project operations, accounting, vendors, and subcontractors, the Project Manager is a key player in achieving all objectives.

Skills And Qualifications:

• 5+ years in leadership/management
• 5+ years in relevant industry (construction, roofing, building envelope)
• Experience with multi-site management
• Experience managing projects from start to finish
• Client Facing Experience
• Experience working with subcontractors
• Project Management Experience- preconstruction, project execution, project closeout
• Management of personnel and functions
• Microsoft Office Tools
