- Profitably manage all aspects of the low slope business across the Southeast Region, consisting of Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and the Florida Panhandle
- Set expectations and provide direction for the Commercial Sales Centers, responsible for project tracking, quoting, vendor negotiation and inventory management.
- Recruit, train, and manage outside sales team to drive revenue growth
- Build strong relationships with key customers
- Pursue excellence in all aspects of the business including innovation, pricing discipline, profitability, growth, vendor alignment, and inventory management
- Drive change and implement key programs through partnership and collaboration
- Champion a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees comprehend and strictly follow safety protocol and procedures
- Be an ambassador for low slope roofing; attending industry events, representing the Region at Divisional, National, vendor and customer meetings
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience may be substituted for education
Specific industry knowledge, including both familiarity with product lines and the overall building contractor process in Commercial Roofing Products, is required
Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and sales productivity tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transportation purposes; ability to travel up to 50%
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures of exterior building product field's
Superior time management and organization skills
