Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in commercial areas to generate leads and identify potential new clients.
- Engage with property owners, building managers, and other decision-makers to introduce our company and roofing services.
- Educate prospects about the benefits of our roofing solutions.
- Collect contact information and relevant details from interested prospects for follow-up by the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments and ensure a seamless handoff of leads.
- Represent the company professionally and adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines during canvassing activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in canvassing
- Sales, or customer service preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
