Commercial Roofers - Service Dept. - Highland Roofing Company

Highland Roofing is committed to performing high quality commercial roof installations and repairs at a fair price to our customers. We're looking forexperienced commercial roofers to work onnew construction and reroofing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor, including setting up a 40' ladder.
• Identify Material/Tools/Equipment specific to the roof application
• Maintaina good working knowledge of all OSHA industry safety requirements and obtain/maintain certification in MA-SC BOP training.
• Communicate effectively withforeman and team members.
• Maintain both cleanliness and inventory of company provided vehicle.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Exhibit professionalism at every level including appearance.
• Safely work at heights above 6 feet.

Requirements

• Proficient in all aspects of low slope roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC & Modified Bitumen/Asphalt. Shingles is a plus but not required.
• 3 years commercial roofingexperience.
• Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Ability to work strenuously (bending, lifting, stooping) throughout the day in all-weather environments.
• Working knowledge of basic math skills for material calculations.
• Open availability Monday through Friday with the possibility of working weekends and on-call as business needs determine.
