Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex and sophisticated transactions across diverse industries, serving clients of varying sizes.
- Engage in comprehensive business development activities and contribute to the firm's succession plan.
- Utilize a hybrid remote/in-office schedule to optimize work-life balance.
Requirements:
- Extensive background in commercial office and retail leasing, development, and financing.
- Proficiency in handling title, survey, entity, and real estate diligence matters.
- Experience with commercial lending and banking transactions preferred.
- Familiarity with affordable housing, tax credits, entitlements, zoning, and tax issues advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on client relationship building.
- Ability to lead, manage, and execute complex transactions, drafting pertinent agreements and documents.
Qualifications:
- Licensed attorney in Illinois or eligible for comity, with a willingness to take or waive into the Illinois bar.
- Strong academic credentials and a proactive problem-solving approach.
