Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
We are currently seeking candidates for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal at a global asset management co. in Wellesley, MA, 02481 .
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience at a real estate law firm and/or an in-house real estate legal department.
Yearly Salary: $80K-$90K (based on relevant work experience) within a 40-hour workweek.
On-site 4 days per week

We are currently seeking candidates for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal at a global asset management co. in Wellesley, MA, 02481 .
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience at a real estate law firm and/or an in-house real estate legal department.

Responsibilities:
- Review of legal contracts and approvals
- Involvement with lease abstracting workflow
- Track all ownership changes in portfolio
- Draft form letter agreements (i.e., notice letters, amendments, SNDA’s, estoppels)
- Review title insurance policies and land surveys
- Enter investment, real estate and vendor contract Terms & Conditions into database
- Review annual reports, updating governing documents and drafting tax forms
- Audit change orders for construction projects from a legal compliance perspective
- Document deadlines, updating and communicating critical dates for Legal action items
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding the status of legal documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred
- 3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience at a real estate law firm and/or an in-house real estate legal department
- Experience with legal documents in real estate management/development
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Recent experience with YARDI, VTS or Adobe Acrobat is highly preferred
- Work independently with minimal supervision, often working under pressure and with frequent interruptions
- Strong organization and follow-through skills, keen attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
