What You’ll Be Doing: As a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, you’ll be supporting attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and analyzing title reports, surveys, and related documents.
• Preparing and coordinating documents for purchases, sales, financings, and leasing transactions.
• Assisting with due diligence processes, including reviewing zoning and municipal documentation.
• Drafting transactional documents and managing transaction schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinating with clients, lenders, and other involved parties to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintaining well-organized files and accurate transaction records.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
• Solid experience with title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
