Exciting Opportunity for Paralegals in Commercial Real Estate
Our Boston-based firm is currently seeking a dedicated paralegal to join our Commercial Real Estate Department, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the dynamic work of real estate developers.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Preparing closing documents, including the closing agenda and package, managing payoffs, and ensuring all documentation is accurately compiled.
Running title searches, drafting purchase and sale agreements for attorney review, and preparing deeds.
Conducting research in town registries, handling notice of lease, zoning/title reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless process.
What We’re Looking For:
A team player with at least 5 years of experience in a commercial real estate paralegal role.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage busy workload.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to collaborate with five commercial real estate attorneys, including three partners.
Proficiency in preparing a wide range of critical documents and handling various administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
